Export for Print Shop — Dark Flyer (3" × 5" + 0.125" bleed)
- Press Cmd+P (Mac) or Ctrl+P (Windows)
- Set destination to Save as PDF
- Enable Background graphics — required for the dark background to export
- Set margins to None and scaling to 100%
- Save the PDF — the file will be 3.25" × 5.25" (trim size 3" × 5" with 0.125" bleed on all sides)
- CMYK: Browsers export RGB. Open the PDF in Adobe Acrobat and use Tools → Print Production → Convert Colors to convert to CMYK, or ask your print shop to convert it on their end (most do this automatically).
- Upload the PDF to your print shop and specify the 3" × 5" trim size
Bleed included: The red dashed line on the preview marks the trim edge. Background extends 0.125" beyond it on all sides. | Resolution: For 300 DPI rasterization, ask your print shop to rasterize the PDF at 300 DPI, or export from Acrobat using File → Export → Image → TIFF at 300 DPI. | For outdoor posting: request glossy or UV-coated 3"×5" flyers. FedEx Office and Canva Print support custom sizes.
